Indianapolis Zoo hosting seasonal job fair

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) -The Indianapolis Zoo is in the process of increasing its staff by nearly 40 percent. They are encouraging college students and locals looking for seasonal employment to apply.

The Indianapolis Zoo said they are increasing staff mainly in the Guest Services Department due to its busiest time of year approaching.

They said local job seekers are invited to the Zoo’s Guest Services Job Fair from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Friday where applications and on-the-spot interviews will be conducted. Candidates are encouraged to bring copies of their resume and to complete an online job application in advance.

The available positions include: ride operators, ticket takers and park operations technicians.
