ALA National Headquarters hires director

INDIANAPOLIS (Inside INdiana Business) — The American Legion Auxiliary National Headquarters in Indianapolis has named Kelly Circle as its new executive director. The yearlong national search culminated in Circle joining the organization after serving as dean of instruction at Red Rocks Community College in Lakewood, Colorado.

Circle’s new responsibilities will include managing staff and operations, fiscal management of assets and working with the board and national president. Circle is an ALA member, since 2006, with ALA Unit 153 in Olathe, Kansas. Her parents both served in the U.S. Navy.

“I want to apply all I’ve learned through my education, life, and work experience as I serve as executive director and remind the American public of all the wonderful programs the American Legion Auxiliary has to offer to our veterans and our community.”
