BRU Burger Bar headed for South Bend
SOUTH BEND, Ind. (Inside INdiana Business) – Indianapolis-based Cunningham Restaurant Group is transitioning the Livery Restaurant at South Bend’s Eddy Street Commons to its award-winning BRU Burger Bar concept. The company says the new restaurant is expected to open in August.
Cunningham says the new restaurant will be the company’s 12th BRU location.
“We are excited to bring BRU Burger Bar to the South Bend community. We look forward to continuing to delight our guests with the award-winning menu that many have come to love,” said Mike Cunningham, chief executive officer of Cunningham Restaurant Group.
The company says BRU will complement the South Bend – Eddy Street Commons area near Notre Dame’s campus.
Cunningham says BRU is a family-friendly restaurant that serves lunch and dinner seven days a week. BRU’s menu features signature burgers, sandwiches, and appetizers, among others.
The original BRU Burger Bar is located on Mass Ave in downtown Indianapolis.
In addition to the BRU Burger Bar, Cunningham operates 34 locations in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky.
