INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – As of now, there are two known cases of COVID-19 in Marion County.

That brings the statewide total to 12 and city, county and state leaders are making changes.

State officials are limiting the size of gatherings and closing schools.

Dr. Virginia Caine, the director of the Marion County Public Health Department, was on Daybreak Friday.

She discussed ways on how to best limit your exposure to coronavirus and how to keep from infecting others.

Additionally, she said that if you’re feeling sick stay home and talked about items that would be helpful to have in your home.
