Indy animal shelter at capacity, offering free adoptions

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Adoptions are now free at the Indianapolis Animal Care Services shelter, the organization announced.

The shelter is currently out of space for both cats and dogs, according to a Facebook post, and they’re trying to get animals to their new homes as quickly as possible.

Appointments are not needed for adoptions. Pre-adoption paperwork can be found on the shelter’s website.
