IU Health North’s first COVID-19 patient leaves hospital, hospital celebrates with Beatles song

CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) – Every day there are more confirmed COVID-19 cases and more deaths related to the virus in the state of Indiana.
However, there are still some bright spots during all the uncertainty.
The staff at IU Health North Hospital, on Wednesday, celebrated the release of their first COVID-19 patient and did so with a hit from the Beatles.
Prinest Paschal of Carmel was discharged from the hospital on Wednesday afternoon after a 48-day stay. To recognize and celebrate his release, the hospital played “Here Comes the Sun” through the intercom system.
