Leadership change for Indy HR company

INDIANAPOLIS (Inside INdiana Business) — Indianapolis-based FullStack PEO has named Gerry Bailey chief executive officer, succeeding Mike Kelly who will transition from CEO to board chairman. Founded in 2017, FullStack provides human resources services for small businesses, such as payroll, compliance, and benefits.

“FullStack has experienced fantastic growth over the last few years, and as a result the company is in need of a CEO that has hands-on experience scaling a fast-growth professional services firm,” said Kelly, who is a co-founder.

Fullstack says Bailey has more than 35 years of experience in a variety of industries, including insurance and healthcare.

“I’m thrilled to have Gerry joining the team. “His leadership and experience, specifically in technology and scale-ups, will help take FullStack to our next pivotal level of growth,” said Dawn Lively, FullStack co-founder and chief operating officer.
