Medical Mutts host graduation for shelter dogs becoming service dogs
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A group of Indianapolis shelter dogs graduated to service dogs Tuesday in a celebration demonstrating their special skills.
The event was put on by Medical Mutts, which is an Indianapolis based nonprofit that focuses on training rescue dogs as service dogs. Their goal is to partner the service dogs with clients with disabilities.
The celebration was held at Delaware Township Community Center in Fishers.
