WISH-TV’s Ashley Brown receives award from school
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Storm Track 8 Chief Meteorologist Ashley Brown talked to a group of kids excited about weather on Thursday morning at Turning Point School, near East 46th Street and North Post Road.
Afterwards, Brown was surprised with an award.
She received a Trailblazer Award from the school, in recognition of her position as the first female African-American chief meteorologist in Indianapolis.
