New Penske exhibit unveiled at IMS ahead of 100th 500

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Friday marks 100 days until the 100th Running of the Indianapolis 500.

Several events are planned in celebration of the milestone. Indianapolis Motor Speedway President Doug Boles, IndyCar drivers and Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett will be at the Statehouse for a special proclamation Friday morning.

An exhibit marking the 50th anniversary of Team Penske opens at the IMS Museum Friday afternoon.

The CEOs of the Hulman Company and Borg Warner will be ringing the closing bell at the New York Stock Exchange.

And finally, a party will be help Friday night at the Crane Bay event center downtown.
