People are buying fake vests for their ‘service dogs’
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — People are buying vests and registrations online and turning their pets into “service dogs.”
Patty Spitler and Jennifer Cattet joined Daybreak on Sunday morning to discuss the issue. Cattet is the founder and head trainer with Medical Mutts. Medical Mutts trains service dogs.
“You’re hurting the people who really need service dogs,” Spitler said.
