Pieces of ‘The Office’ are going up for auction
BUFFALO, NY (WIVB) — Do you remember Jim’s gray swivel chair from “The Office”?
Have you ever wanted to own that chair?
Now, you can.
Universal Television is currently selling pieces of history.
Five-hundred props and production materials from the “The Office” are being sold piece by piece in a live online auction. These items are going anywhere from $25 to well over $2,500.
Some of the most memorable props include Pam’s reception desk ($1,800), an original hangman drawing by Michael about Stanley’s affair ($450), Dwight’s Sales Associates Association Award 2008 ($700), and Michael’s infamous St. Pauli’s Girl beer sign ($2,700).
Universal Television said all winning bids will have an additional 24 percent buyer’s premium added after closing.
The items will come with a certificate of authenticity so that you can impress your fellow “Office” fans.
