Police: White out conditions create 20 car pileup on I-69

DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) – Multiple emergency crews responded to a 20 car accident on I-69 on Saturday.

Indiana State Police, DeKalb County Sheriff and Steuben County Sheriff Departments were present at the 340-mile marker on southbound I-69, right at the Steuben County and DeKalb County line.

The multi-vehicle accident reportedly included a school bus.

Only one injury was reported as of noon on Saturday.

Blowing snow and white out conditions were the reported possible cause, however police are still investigating the car accident.
