Rush County death under investigation
RUSH COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) – An investigation into the death of a 3-month-old child is underway in Rush County.
On Sunday evening, the Rush County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the residence of Jessica Seay and Dylon Lakes in 200 block of Winters Way in Carthage. When deputies arrived, they found a deceased baby boy.
The scene was investigated by sheriff’s office, along with the Rushville Police Department, the Rush County coroner and the Department of Child Services.
An autopsy has been performed and a cause of death is pending.
The investigation is ongoing and no arrests have been made.
