Sizzling day with highs in the 90s and an isolated storm chan
A humid and sticky start to the morning with temperatures in the lower 70s to start off the day. Highs warming up to the lower 90s with feel like temperatures in the mid to lower 90s this afternoon. Expect to see lots of sunshine for today with an isolated storm chance this afternoon and evening. A good portion of the state stays dry. Tonight should stay dry and quiet with lows on the warmer side, bottoming out in the lower 70s.
The heat extends into Sunday with highs returning to the 90s with feel like temperatures in the mid 90s. An isolated storm possible during the afternoon with plenty of dry time during the day. Better chance of rain arrives Monday with our next approaching storm system. That brings a better chance of rain during the afternoon. High temperatures wil top out in the upper 80s with some in the lower 90s.
Rain chances remain the forecast through Tuesday with highs slowly cooling off and sliding to the mid 80s. By the later half of the week highs will be near or even slightly below normal with isolated rain chances through Friday!
