Veterans Job Fair set for Lucas Oil Stadium
INDIANAPOLIS (Inside INdiana Business) — Ohio-based RecruitMilitary LLC will Thursday host a hiring event for military veterans at Lucas Oil Stadium in downtown Indianapolis. Nearly 60 employers from throughout the state will be on hand looking to fill a variety of positions.
The Indianapolis Veterans Job Fair will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event is free and open to all transitioning military, veterans, military spouses and dependents.
RecruitMilitary CEO Tim Best says the organization is back to hosting in-person job fairs after having to go virtual last year.
“Our mission is to empower veterans with career opportunities and the return of our face-to-face events allows us to serve our community of 1.5 million job seekers in the most effective way possible,” said Best. “While our virtual events provided a way for us to connect with our job candidates and employers throughout 2020, we’re ready to turn the page and bring veterans and employers together in person for meaningful career opportunities.”?
