WISH-TV receives 20 Emmy nominations
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The 50th Lower Great Lakes Emmy Award nominations were released Thursday. WISH-TV received 20 nominations across the various categories.
The awards recognize excellence in local news, sports and weather.
WISH-TV received nominations in the following categories:
- Overall Excellence – Randy Ingram
- Community Service – Randy Ingram
- Daytime Newscast – News 8 at 5: Trey Friedrichs, Scott Davis, Brooke Martin
- Breaking News – Noblesville School Shooting: Al Carl
- Spot News – Noblesville School Shooting: Al Carl
- Team Coverage – Boone County Deputy Killed: Al Carl
- Health/Science News Series – Resource Center: Stephanie Zepelin, Shawn Pierce
