Indiana Pacers Forward Kelan Martin
Former Butler Bulldogs star and current Indiana Pacers small forward Kelan Martin joins Charlie to discuss his return to Indiana following a whirlwind professional basketball journey over the past two seasons. Martin, Butler University's second all-time leading scorer, departed campus and traveled 4,400 miles from home in order to keep his NBA dream alive. This past season, he earned a spot on the Minnesota Timberwolves bench, later being reunited with childhood friend and fellow Louisville, Kentucky native D'Angelo Russell. Together, along with Timberwolves star Center Karl-Anthony Towns, the trio spent the beginning of the 2020 NBA shutdown living and working out together. We'll discuss those stories, along with Martin's unique connection with Pacers rookie Head Coach Nate Bjorkgren.
