Today, we’ll consider a story that should be familiar by now. It’s found in the 1st chapter of the Gospel of Mark and tells of Jesus’ temptations in the wilderness. What does this signify? Why did the same Spirit that lit upon Jesus at his baptism lead him out into the wilderness to be sorely tempted? This message attempts to answer these questions.
