Another round of showers and thunderstorms

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — We’re tracking another round of showers and storms before we finally dry out.

Thursday night:
Isolated strong to severe storms will move across the state this tonight. Heavy rain and wind are our primary threats tonight. Temperatures will fall to the low 60s overnight.

Friday:
Prepare for a few lingering showers before sunrise. We will finally dry out Friday under partly sunny skies. Enjoy the best weather day of the week as temperatures warm to the upper 70s.

Weekend:
Expect a dry start to Saturday. Clouds and temperatures will increase by Saturday afternoon. Prepare for temperatures in the low 80s Saturday as isolated showers and storms develop over the area. A few showers will bring light rain to the forecast early Sunday. It’ll be partly sunny, dry and pleasant by Sunday afternoon with temperatures in the mid to upper 70s.

8 Day Forecast:
A fantastic forecast is expected as you head back to work on Monday. Enjoy mostly sunny skies and dry conditions Monday afternoon. Showers will return to the forecast Tuesday night. Showers and storms will continue throughout the day on Wednesday as temperatures warm to the 80s.
