Saturday night forecast

INDIANAPOLIS (WISHTV) – Feeling more like March for a few days, but back to some April-like temperatures by midweek. The showers that developed over central and northern Indiana will be dissipating early this evening. Later this evening the skies will clear and temperatures will quickly drop into the 30s.

Tonight – Clearing skies and quite chilly. Frost is possible in some outlying areas. Low 36.

Sunday – A chilly start to the day but we should see mostly sunny skies and it will be less windy than Saturday. High only 50.

Sunday night – Another frosty one.. Mostly clear with a low about 32 by Monday morning.

Monday – After a cold start, we see sunshine again so the temperatures warm up a bit. High 57.

Tuesday – Partly cloudy and not quite so chilly. Morning low 38. Afternoon high 62.

Extended Outlook (Wed-Sun)
A gradual warming trend back to normal April temperatures with lows in the 40s and highs in the 60s. There is a chance for rain showers late Friday into Saturday.

With the Low Pressure area not that far to our northeast, there was still unsettled weather over the Great Lakes Saturday. High Pressure areas far to the northwest start to influence our weather Sunday.
Clearing skies Saturday night set us up for some chilly March-like weather for a few days.

Frost Advisory for southern Indiana where the growing season and plants are a bit more advanced. You might want to cover or bring sensitive plants inside for a few nights.
