When rain arrives

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A dry and very mild start to Thursday morning with temperatures in the lower 50s to start the day. Clouds will increase alongside rain chances and winds!

Highs will top out in the lower 60s early on and then drop through the rest of the afternoon. Rain chances will return late Thursday morning and early afternoon with widespread light to moderate showers. Winds will also pick up between 15-20 mph.

Thursday night lows will continue to fall and will bottom out in the lower 30s.

A spotty shower is possible through the day on Friday with highs significantly cooler! Highs will only top out in the upper 40s.

This weekend will be chilly with a chance of rain and snow. It will be very spotty in nature during the day on Saturday and more scattered early on come Sunday. Both days will struggle to make it to the lower 40s. Temperatures will remain chilly to start the work week next week with highs in the lower 40s Monday! Highs come midweek will soar to the lower 50s Tuesday then make a run towards the lower 60s with rain chances increasing.
