Dog lovers enjoy ‘Indy Winter Classic’ dog show
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Some “ruff” competition wrapped up Sunday at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
The Hoosier Kennel Club held its “Indy Winter Classic” dog show over the weekend. Dozens of breeds filled the west pavilion for the show.
There was something to see for dog lovers of all types.
“The big breeds, the Great Danes, people like them, Doebermans, you always see them. German Shepherds, police dog, everyone wants to see that. Then you’ve got the little Chihuahua that are little lap dog little lap dogs everyone likes because they’re so cute.” said Kevin Allen of the Hoosier Kennel Club
The show also included obedience judging.
