Units respond to early morning fire
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Dispatch received a call about a residence fire just before 1:30 a.m. Saturday morning.
Crews were at the scene of the unoccupied, single story residence fire within a matter of minutes after the call.
The fire occurred in the 1400 block of North Ewing Street.
According to the Indianapolis Fire Department, crews were able to get the fire under control within 30 minutes.
There were no injuries reported.
Damages are estimated to be $50,000.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
