Former Colt sentenced in drunk driving case
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Former Colt Da’Rick Rogers has been sentenced for driving drunk in 2014.
The 23-year-old Rogers, now signed to the Kansas City Chiefs, reached a plea agreement.
He will serve one day in jail and six months of probation.
The Colts cut Rogers on the same day he was arrested.
According to IUPUI Police records, an officer pulled Rogers over along West 16th Street because he was crossing the yellow line with his vehicle. His BAC was between .08 and .14 percent.
