Local organization looks to provide school supplies to area students

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The Indy BackPack Attack’s annual School Supply Drive got underway at the Indianapolis Zoo

Indy BackPack Attack teamed up with other businesses and organizations to collect school supplies for area students.

Businesses participating in the 2015 School Supply Drive stopped by the event to pick up their collection materials.

The collected materials will then be sent out to IPS social workers who then distribute the supplies to the students in need.

Since 1999, Indy BackPack Attack has worked to provide area students with school supplies in order to help them succeed in the upcoming school year.
