Nascar legend Richard Petty talks Brickyard 400, history of racing

SPEEDWAY,Ind. (WISH) – In the world of racing, names do not get any bigger than Richard Petty.

As drivers and crews were getting in any last-minute preparation ahead of Sunday’s Brickyard 400, Petty stopped by Daybreak.

“The King” discussed Sunday’s race at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, the history of racing and even commented on the hot and humid conditions.

The now team owner also talked about his drivers, their cars, and some of the differences between racing now and when he was winning races.
