Showers will start to become a bit more scattered during the later part of the day. There will be a break in the rain during the evening hours allowing for areas from Indy north to get in an hour or two of trick-or-treating while areas south of the city will be soggy. Flood Watch will be on effect until early Friday. Rain will fill back in overnight Wednesday and through the day on Thursday with periods of rain during the entire day.
