Multiple vehicles catch fire in northwest side salvage yard
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Crews were called to a salvage yard on the city’s northwest side Wednesday morning.
They responded to the area near 38th Street and Lafayette Road after multiple vehicles had caught fire.
According to the Indianapolis Fire Department, 20 vehicles went up into flames at Copart salvage yard.
The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
There were no injuries, IFD says.
