Luck ruled out for Thanksgiving game against Steelers
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – When the Indianapolis Colts take the field Thanksgiving night to face the Pittsburgh Steelers they will do so without Andrew Luck.
On Wednesday afternoon, the blue and white officially ruled their franchise quarterback out with a concussion. Luck sustained the head injury in Sunday’s 24-17 win over the Tennessee Titans.
Safety Clayton Geathers will also miss Thursday’s game against the Steelers with a concussion.
On Thursday, the Colts will be seeking to extend their winning streak to three games after defeating the Packers in Green Bay and the Titans Sunday.
The 5-5 Colts take on Ben Roethelisberger and the 5-5 Pittsburgh Steelers Thursday at 8:30 p.m. at Lucas Oil Stadium.
