US 31 southbound slow due to crash in Carmel

CARMEL, Ind. (WISH) — The southbound lanes of US 31 are slow in Carmel.
The Carmel Fire Department says a multi-vehicle crash involving a semi has occurred.
The crash is just before 111th Street.
