IMPD asks for help finding 2015 murder suspect
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Detectives need the public’s help finding a man accused in a deadly shooting last year.
Police are looking for 29-year-old Robert Lasley of Indianapolis. He’s accused of shooting and killing 30-year-old Michael Killebrew on Dec. 1, 2015, in the 1000 West 29th Street.
Killebrew was shot around 7 a.m. He was transported Sidney & Lois Eskenazi Hospital in critical condition and died on Jan. 16, 2016 at Community North Hospital where he was still receiving treatment for injuries from the shooting.
Officials say on Feb. 1, detectives obtained a warrant charging Lasley with murder, attempted murder, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon.
