For Presidents Day, Indiana State Museum offering free admission
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Indiana State Museum is offering free admission in honor of Presidents Day.
There are several interactive exhibits dedicated to our nation’s presidents.
You can try to build and launch a stomp bottle rocket while learning about President John F. Kennedy’s mission to the moon.
There is also an interactive exhibit tied to the country’s transportation system. During this, you will learn about President Eisenhower’s role in transportation. Then you can drive your small electric car through a transportation system you designed yourself.
There is also a press room photo op. This area is set up to look like the White House press room.
You can also visit all of the museum’s other exhibits. The state museum is open from 10 a.m. until 5 p.m.
