Indy healthcare consultancies merge

INDIANAPOLIS (Inside INdiana Business) — Two Indianapolis-based healthcare consulting firms are joining forces. Conner Insurance and Jeff Fox Benefits Team say the merger is meant to drive collaboration in an effort to create cost-saving healthcare solutions for businesses.

The merger is the culmination of an ongoing partnership between the two firms. Last year, both firms co-hosted the inaugural NextGen Healthcare Summit, which allowed business leaders and experts to discuss rising healthcare costs in the U.S.

“We are thrilled to have Jeff Fox and his entire Benefits Team join the Conner Insurance family,” Ben Conner, chief executive officer of Conner Insurance, said in a news release. “We have found that collaboration with their team has been extremely beneficial for the outcomes of our clients and we look forward to what we can deliver for the Indianapolis community.”

Financial terms of the merger were not disclosed.
