ISDH: More than 600 new COVID-19 cases, 45 more deaths
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – On Thursday morning, the Indiana State Department of Health said there were 612 new cases of COVID-19 in Indiana with 45 more deaths.
According to the department, that brings the total cases of COVD-19 in the Hoosier state to 13,039 with 709 total deaths.
More than 72,000 tests have been administered in Indiana.

Officials in Indiana are not yet providing information on recoveries. Dr. Kris Box has said that information will be available as soon as medical codes are created that will offer COVID-19 recovery information, which the state does not currently have.
According to the Center for Systems Science and Engineering at Johns Hopkins University, there have been more than 2,650,000 confirmed cases worldwide with more than 722,000 recoveries and more than 185,000 deaths.
