Vehicle hits house during pursuit

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A teenager in a reportedly stolen vehicle suspected of leading police on a chase was critically injured after the pursuit ended in a crash into a residence.

The accident happened in the area near East Michigan Street and North Grant Avenue just before 10 p.m. Tuesday.

No one was injured inside the residence hit in the crash.

IMPD considered the investigation active and ongoing as of early Wednesday.
