Ball State University to open esports center, ceremony set
MUNCIE, Ind. (WISH) – Ball State University is getting ready to official unveil its new esports center.
The university calls it its “state-of the art Esports Center.”
The more than 3,600 square-foot facility will be opened during a ceremony at Monday, April 5 at 4 p.m.
“We’re ecstatic to officially unveil our new home,” said Dan Marino, director of Ball State’s Esports program. “At Ball State, our beautiful campus is our canvas. This Esports Center is our University’s latest addition, which improves the sense of place for our students.”
