Police spokesman Michael Joyner said Tuesday that detectives have filed a warrant for the arrest of 50-year-old Scott Wiegand of Fort Wayne. Scott Wiegand faces charges of possession of cocaine, maintaining a common nuisance and possession of paraphernalia.

On Tuesday, the owner of the home was at the property assessing the damage. He told NewsChannel 15 the home was being leased to a man, but that person couldn’t afford to keep up with rent so he subleased the apartment to Martin-Olivarez, Olivarez and Wiegand without his knowledge. The trio has lived at the home for about four months and were two months behind on their rent, the owner said.

The home stood with its windows and doors boarded up.
