Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 cup softened sugar

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar

  • 1/3 cup low fat sour cream

  • 2 eggs

  • 3-4 ripe mashed bananas

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  • In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. In a second bowl, blend the butter and sugar. 
  • Add the milk, sour cream, eggs, and bananas to the second bowl. 
  • Combine the two bowls and pour batter into one large greased/floured loaf pan. Bake for 70 minutes. Allow the pan to set for 10 minutes before removing and placing on a baker’s rack to cool.
