Ingredients
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup softened sugar
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/3 cup low fat sour cream
2 eggs
3-4 ripe mashed bananas
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt. In a second bowl, blend the butter and sugar.
- Add the milk, sour cream, eggs, and bananas to the second bowl.
- Combine the two bowls and pour batter into one large greased/floured loaf pan. Bake for 70 minutes. Allow the pan to set for 10 minutes before removing and placing on a baker’s rack to cool.
