Indiana State Fair: Amber Hankins learns about sheep shearing
Amber went to the State Fair to get a look at the process of sheep being sheared, and you can do the same by visiting the Blue Ribbon Pavilion at the Indiana State Fair.
In addition to having sheep throughout the Fair, you are also able to catch sheep shearing demonstrations in this building. The Indiana State Fair is also proud to be home to the National Shetland Show and Conference.
The dairy goats will be showcased the final weekend of the fair in this building. They anticipate nearly 1,300 dairy goat entries.
The popular Sheep to Shawl contest where you can see how wool is made into usable goods will take place on the performance stage in the Indiana Arts Building.
