Aldi’s $9 bottled mimosa springing back into stores

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WIAT) — It’s baaack! Aldi’s conveniently premixed mimosa, a favorite among cost-conscious brunchers, is coming out to play again on April 2. Cheaper than buying champagne and juice separately, the 750-milliliter bottle of orange bubbly received acclaim almost immediately upon its release last year.

The fruity concoction will be joined the next day by its pineapple-flavored sister, sure to be the new darling of the at-home brunch scene. Both bottles contain eight percent ABV and will sell for $8.99 a pop (get it?). 

As a seasonal item, there’s no guarantee the mimosas won’t quickly spring off store shelves. So go forth, stock up, and treat yo’ fine self.
