Break from the rain; Heavy rain mid week
A foggy start to the morning with temperatures in the lower 30s. Fog should burn off late morning with mainly cloudy skies for the day. High temperatures will warm to the lower 40s and will continue to warm through the evening and overnight. Light rain will work in late this afternoon and evening. Heavy rain will arrive overnight and through the morning commute Wednesday.
Wednesday morning pockets of heavy rain possible with temperatures starting off mild in the mid 40s. Highs during the day will soar to the upper 50s. Rain will continue through the evening and overnight with an additional system sliding through.
Thursday will be another wet one with highs still in the mid to upper 50s. Pockets of heavy rain possible through the day. Rain will exit the state and will leave behind 3”-4” of water. Drier day come Friday but significantly colder with highs in the upper 20s.
This upcoming weekend will be quiet and cold with sun and clouds and highs in the upper 20s and lower 30s. Next chance of rain and snow arrives late Sunday and through the day on Monday.
