Carly Rae Jepsen to headline Chase 500 Festival Kids’ Day
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The 500 Festival announced Grammy nominated Carly Rae Jepsen is booked to headline the 2015 Chase 500 Festival Kids’ Day on May 9.
The free concert will take place on Monument Circle in downtown Indianapolis.
Jepsen is best known for her single “Call Me Maybe,” which was number 1 on iTunes in over 47 countries. Her new single “I Really Like You” is also soaring, with over 30 million views on Youtube.
Jepsen joins a star studded May line up for the 500 Festival. Nico & Vinz will perform as the opening entertainment for the IPL 500 Festival Parade, American Authors will rock the KeyBank 500 Festival Snakepit Ball and Straight No Chaser will perform at the KeyBank 500 Festival Snakepit Ball and on the eve of the Indy 500 with the song “Back Home Again in Indiana.”
The Chase 500 Festival Kids’ Day kicks off at 10 a.m. on May 9. The event is free to everyone.
