East side ramp closed 3 hours after semi flips
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Indiana State Police responded to a semi that overturned on the city’s east side just before 1 p.m. Friday.
The semi was on its side blocking the ramp on westbound I-70 near I-465 on the east side.
The ramp is expected to be closed for three hours.
Police ask motorists to avoid the area near the 89 mile marker.
