IMPD using their cars to raise cancer awareness
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Citizens are used to seeing the white patrol cars with the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department logos around the city.
However, in November, some of those cars may look a little different.
IMPD Patrol Officer Roman Williams-Ervin stopped by Daybreak Friday and explained how the IMPD cars being decked out in pink is raising cancer awareness.
He also discussed how he has a personal connection to the fight against cancer.
