Statewide Silver Alert issued for missing 81-year-old man

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WISH) – A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 81-year-old Fort Wayne man, according to the Indiana State Police.
ISP said Jay Blevins was last seen Sunday, May 10 in Fort Wayne around 10 p.m. driving a navy blue 2011 Hyundai Sonata with Indiana registration RJZ945.
Blevins is described as a white male, who is 5’6″ tall, weighs 140 pounds and has white hair and blue eyes.
At the time of his disappearance, Blevins was wearing a green plaid shirt and blue jeans.
Police said Blevins is believed to be in danger and possibly in need of medical care.
