Indy’s first baby of 2019 born 38 seconds into new year
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The first baby born in Indianapolis in 2019 came 38 seconds into the new year.
The healthy baby boy named Ayaansh was born at Franciscan Health Indianapolis just after midnight Monday.
He was 9 pounds, 2 ounces, and a little more than 22 inches long.
His parents said they thought he was going to come on the final day of the year but the baby had other plans.
