5 Indiana entrepreneurs make Ernst & Young finals

STATEWIDE (Inside INdiana Business) – Ernst & Young LLP has announced the finalists for the Entrepreneur Of The Year 2020 Midwest Award, including five from the Hoosier state. The firm says the award program honors “successful business leaders whose ambitions deliver innovation, growth and prosperity as they build and sustain groundbreaking companies that transform our world.”

The Midwest program celebrates entrepreneurs from Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin.

“Our finalists have been carefully selected for their grit, persistence and ambition coupled with care and concern for their employees, companies and other stakeholders,” said Ram Ramanan, EY’s Midwest Entrepreneur Of The Year program director. “Now more than ever, we need unstoppable entrepreneurs to inspire innovation, fuel growth and deliver long-term value for their communities and lead us to what’s next.”

The 2020 Midwest finalists from Indiana are:

  • Megan Glover, 120Water – Zionsville
  • Bill Fenech,  Barletta Boat Company LLC – Bristol
  • Justin Christian, BCforward – Indianapolis
  • Ekamdeep Singh, IKIO LED Lighting – Indianapolis
  • Nick Deeter, WishBone Medical – Warsaw

The finalists were selected by a panel of independent judges from a competitive pool of nominations.

EY says award winners will be announced during a virtual event in October.
