Pence visits firebombed Republican office in North Carolina
(WISH) — Indiana Governor Mike Pence condemned the firebombing of a Republican office in North Carolina, calling it “an act of political terrorism.”
The Repiblican Vice Presidential candidate toured the damage Tuesday while on his way to two rallies in the state. Pence praised Republican volunteers for their courage in the days after the attack.
“We will not be intimidated. You see here today the resilience and courage of people who are determined to carry forward in this political process,” Pence said. “Strong, resolute, and determined to make American great again.”
No one was hurt in the attack. Police are still investigating the incident.
