Police: Fortville man arrested for molesting 3 girls in his home

FORTVILLE, Ind. (WISH) — Police in Fortville have arrested a man after he was accused of molesting three girls in his home.

21-year-old Nicholas McHenry of Fortville faces preliminary charges in the case.

Police received information on the case on Feb. 6. On Feb. 11, police interviewed McHenry about the accusations. Police say he admitted to the accusations in that interview.

Police say all of the victims were under the age of 16.

He faces one count of level one felony child molestation and two counts of level four felony child molestation.

He is currently being held in the Hancock County Jail with a $100,000 bond.
